Talking points for the change to the sponsored accounts policy is in the file cabinet below the cash box. This policy isn't in place until July 18, but we recently received a call from someone trying to reactivate their sponsored account and was not able to access electronic resources after doing so. The change to policy would explain why they don't have access.
