NEW: Thanksgiving, Final Exams, and Winter Intercession Hours

Here’s an outline of dates we are open for service over the upcoming breaks. If any of you want to work over these dates, please email me by Friday, November 21st with your availability.
Thanksgiving
Wednesday, Nov. 26th: 8a-6p
• The normal semester schedule applies on this date. However, if you’re leaving town on this date or before, please contact me so I can make sure our hours are covered.
Thursday, Nov. 27th-Saturday, Nov. 29th: CLOSED
Sunday, Nov. 30th: 11a-10p
• This is still part of Thanksgiving Break, so I will be making a new schedule for this date. If you will be here and want to work, please let me know.
• SUPERVISORS: Mark will be out of town on this date, so please let me know if you will be here to work. I’ll need to schedule supervisors for the entire day 11a-10p.
Final Exams
• Final exam period is from Dec. 10th-17th. Once you have your final exam schedule, please give up your shifts that conflict ahead of time. These are excused absences if nobody covers your shift, but most of you cover each other’s shifts during this period, so it works out pretty well.
Wednesday, Dec. 17th: 8a-6p

Winter Intercession
• Intercession is from Dec. 18th-Jan. 12th. Our hours:
Monday-Friday: 8a-6p
Saturday: 11a-6p
Sunday: CLOSED
Wed. Dec 24th-Thur Dec. 25th: CLOSED
Wed. Dec. 31st-Jan. 1st: CLOSED
• We are ALWAYS in need of students over this period. If you will be available during intercession or even for just a part of it, please let me know if you want to work. Depending on how many students volunteer to work, you can often get a decent number of hours.
