It is a violation of STAT-USA policy and the terms of this agreement to:
Release the username or password to organizations or individuals other than authorized library personnel serving a public service function;
Allow organizations or individuals outside your library to connect to STAT-USA using your username or password via your library's computer network.
Any violation of these terms will result in the termination of your account with STAT-USA.
STAT-USA/Internet is an extensive collection of US economic, financial, and trade data grouped in two collections:
State of the Nation -- contains over 50,000 current and historical US statistical releases, state and regional analysis reports, forecasts, and financial data
GLOBUS & NTDB -- contains over 200,000 current and historical trade-related releases, international market research, country analysis, and trad and procurement leads
USA Trade Online is a collaboration between STAT-USA and the Census Bureau's Foreign Trade Division. This database is the official source of current and cumulative US export and import statistics. It provides more than 18,000 export commodities and 24,000 import commodities worldwide, using the Harmonized System (HS) and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes.
STAT-USA/Internet and USA Trade Online are major databases of STAT-USA, an office in the Department of Commerce.
