problems with patrons being unable to login to ILLIAD

There have been a few reported problems with patrons being unable to login to ILLIAD today. It is not effecting everyone, and the ILL staff have reported the problem for the affected individuals to Core Services to be addressed. If anyone else contacts us with a similar problem, please suggest they try another computer to see if that helps. Otherwise, they can report the problem via “ask a librarian” using the email option. Staff can then forward the message to ILL.
