REMINDER: Plan for your final exams NOW!

If you have a regularly scheduled shift that conflicts with one of your final exams, please give it up in LibStaffer at least 24 hours (preferably more) ahead of time. This is automatically excused, but please remember to give it up well in advance. This method has worked fairly well. Other student assistants usually pick them up.

The last day of the semester schedule is Wednesday, May 6th

In addition, if you have a study session scheduled with classmates, the following attendance rules still apply:

1) Give up your shift in LibStaffer 24 hours ahead of time

2) Contact the desk the day of your shift if nobody has picked up your hours

• If we have enough coverage, you are excused

• If we are short staffed, you may still be asked to work at least part or all of your shift
