If the machine appears to be jamming at the same spot while printing a particular job:
Try canceling the job on the printer's control panel;
Instruct the patron to resend the document in 2 parts: the offending page alone and the pages after the offending page;
Use Pharos Remote to print these 2 new jobs.
If the machine is jamming repeatedly on multiple jobs:
Put up an Out of Order sign on the printer;
Report the problem. Be sure to include:
The exact printer name;
Details about the issue;
What you have done to troubleshoot;
Your full name.
