As a perk of the job, you may print necessary coursework for yourself (using your Net ID to send the job) for free using Pharos Remote. The key words are:
- necessary (no wasteful, excessive, non-essential printing),
- coursework (no flyers/handouts for your student organizations),
- yourself (not your groups, your friends, your professors etc). See below for the only exception when you print for another LSD student.
Print within reason—only smaller jobs (30 pp total or fewer) please. For larger jobs (30+ pp), get permission first.
If you are not on duty, you may not release jobs for yourself. Ask your on-duty coworkers to release the job for you. All the rules above apply.
