"Attention Needed" Bookmarks for Damaged Materials

Hello LSD Supervisors and student assistants,

Please notice the "Attention Needed" bookmarks below. These bookmarks are to be used if you happen to come across any damaged materials at the LSD. The "Attention Needed" bookmarks are located at the Supervisors desk and are to be placed into any damaged materials (preferably placed on, or near, the damaged area within the book) before placing them on the return cart. These bookmarks are used to notify our Stacks team of damaged materials once they arrive in the stack area. If there are any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.
