LibStaffer updates

I've created a page with the links to the LibStaffer tutorials and other notes.

REMEMBER: We will start using LibStaffer exclusively on the first day of intercession on Thursday, December 19th. The last day we will use the sub sheets will be Wednesday, December 18th. This is especially important for those of you who are working over winter break.
