The room 213 PC has been replaced with a Mac mini. Now presentation recording is done via ScreenFlow app, accessible from the Dock or the Applications folder. An important new feature of the recording is the capability to record the Mac mini's desktop and the presenter separately and combine them as a picture in picture.
All other features - audio, video conferencing and local presentation - work the same as before. I updated the laminated instructions sheet in the room to reflect the changes.
Also, the PC wireless keyboard was replaced with an Apple wireless keyboard and an Apple trackpad. Each of them uses batteries, so please replace the batteries if either cannot connect.
