Reminder: restart frozen iMacs

Just a reminder—please pay attention and do it when you zone.

When you zone, pay attention to computer workstations. If you see one of the screens below, do the following (= SMC reset):

1. Shut down the computer.

2. Unplug the power cord.

3. Wait fifteen seconds.

4. Attach the power cord.

5. Wait five seconds, then press the power button to turn on the computer.
