Reporting Self Check Errors or Patron Issues

Self Check Errors

If the Admin card / Restart PC function does not resolve a Self Check issue or error, please send an email with the following details:

● Date / time

● Description of the problem or error message

Patron Issues

If a patron encounters an issue and cannot check out or use the self check, please send an email with the following details:

● Date / time

● Patron ID number

● Description of the problem or error message
