Problems with Eagle Dollars when Printing?

In almost all of these cases where only one student is not seeing their Eagle Dollars balance at a print release station, the issue is with EmoryCard. And they’ll need to contact the EmorCard office. You can also direct them to the Common Questions link on the EaglePrint website. This is covered in one of the questions.

If it is every student that is seeing a $0.00 balance, then it is usually an issue with the EmoryCard billing/clearing terminal server. To report this, send an email to eagleprint@emory.edu through the LSD ticket page, so we will know of the issue.
