On the whiteboard, please enter the time AFTER you completed your zoning round. That will show how much time has passed since a zone was attended last.
Remember that you should revisit your zone for routine maintenance as soon as you can (in case you are helping someone at the desk) after 30 min passed since your last zoning round.
