Change lost item to claims returned

1) Click on the Fulfillment Tab.

2) Under Fulfillment and Checkout/Checkin select Manage Patron Services.

3) Scan Patron ID or Search for Patron and click Go.

    • Type in last name, first name

    • Scan ID

    • Type in account/barcode number

4) In the Loans tab, select All loans drop down menu next to Loan Display. Find the item with the lost stats, click '...', and select Found Item.

*NOTE: The lost fee will be refunded.

5) Staying in the Loans tab, find the same item, click '...', and select Claimed Returned.

6) OPTIONAL: Add a Note about this process change, i.e. "Changed from Lost to Claims Returned." Click OK.
