You should ask them to produce an email confirmation of the reservation approval with the subject line "Your room reservation has been approved!" If they do not have the email, they do not have the approval and should not be let in the room.
Remember, that room 213 is not a group study room, and can be reserved only by those who need the room for presentation practice or web conferencing specifically. That is the requirement to get the room.
I am denying some of the reservation requests, so do check before you let people in the room.
