Changes to Desk Tracker reporting

You will notice that there is a new required field added—NetID. Please enter your NetID for each report as that will allow following up with the reporter as needed. Also, the list of LC interactions has changed, and most of the entries will bring up an entry box for your input, where you will briefly describe the issue and the solution. Your input will contribute data for continual service improvement actions.
