The user cannot set double-sided printing

Update the printer's options. On a Mac...​

1. Click the apple --> System Preferences --> Print & Scan

2. Select the printer, click Options & Supplies... --> Driver

3. Check the box for Duplex Unit and click OK.

4. Resend print job.

Note: To then select double-sided printing in MS Word from the Print window on a Mac, you must change Copies & Pages to Layout and set Two-Sided to Long-Edge binding.
