How to Scan

    • Place the corner of your originals at the back left corner of the glass (as indicated by the green arrow) or load loose sheets in the scanner's top feeder.

    • On the BizHub's touchscreen, press Email.

    • Touch the To: box to activate the keyboard.

    • Enter your full email address and then press OK.

    • When asked to add your email address to the Local adress book, press No.

    • To proceed with the default settings, press Send Email. To customize the scan settings, press More Options, make your selections, and then press Send Email.

    • A window will pop up -- Scanning Job Build Segment. If you have more pages to scan, place the next one on the glass and press Scan, repeating this step until all pages have been scanned.

    • Press Finish to send the scanned pages.

    • A window will pop up asking if you want to continue with your current settings -- press Yes to scan more documents with your current settings; press No to finish your session.

    • Press the Reset button on the BizHub to clear out your email address and return to the main menu.
