Room 213

Post date: Oct 03, 2019 7:17:7 PM

Room 213 has an issue with its microphones which is being addressed. Until the problem is resolved, the room cannot be booked as the Presentation and Conferencing Studio in LibCal.

Room 213 still can be booked as a Group Study Room.

Please see the post from David below if you need a refresher about the double purpose of the room.

Please see the updates below from Alex regarding the addition of Group Study Room reservations for Room 213.

Here's an overview of the changes.

  • 213 is now listed as a Group Study Room and as the Presentation and Conferencing Studio on the SDL Resource Scheduler page.

  • As a Group Study Room, Emory patrons:

    • Can reserve the room on the current day and up to 14 days in advance.

    • Use the room as any other group study room.

  • As the Presentation and Conferencing Studio, Emory patrons:

    • Can reserve the room from 24 hours to 30 days in advance.

    • Continue to use the room's technology for presentations and conferencing.

  • LSD staff will continue to provide basic assistance with the technology in the room.

    • 213 will remain unlocked at all times.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

David
