keep an extra eye on the status of the printers

I’ve noticed that a number of emails/tickets coming to the LibAnswers queue for EaglePrint are being delayed by around 12 hours. I’m looking into this now, but I just wanted to let you all know so we can all be sure to keep an extra eye on the status of the printers and not solely rely on the LibAnswers queue until we can sort this out.
