I created some confusion about access to consult stations for visitors. The policy is that these stations should remain free for library staff use. Making exceptions creates assumptions about levels of service that we don't really provide.
If both visitor stations are occupied, the next person in line simply needs to wait until a visitor workstation becomes free after 30 minutes of use.
