I have never checked out this item
1) First copy the barcode of the item from the patron's account!
2) Click on the Fulfillment Tab
3) Under Fulfillment Activities and Resource Request, select Scan In items.
4) Select the Change Item Information tab
Fill out the following fields:
Change Type: Temporary
Location: Make sure to change to Permanently Lost
Scan item barcode: type in barcode of item
5) Click EXIT
