If a patron gets the "Unsupported Card Type" error message, try flipping the card around and swiping it with the strip facing the other direction. If you still get the message, try another machine. If it still doesn't work, have the patron resend the print job to another queue (send to the bizhubs if originally sent to the B&W printers and vice versa). If the person's card doesn't seem to work anywhere, have the person purchase a guest copy card to use and tell the patron to visit the B. Jones Building to make sure their card is properly encoded.
