1) Click on the Fulfillment Tab.
2) Under Fulfillment and Checkout/Check-in select Manage Patron Services.
3) Scan Patron ID or Search for Patron and click Go.
Type in last name, first name
Scan ID
Type in account/barcode number
4) In the Loans tab, select All under Loan Display. Click Renew All.
**To renew specific items, simply check off the specific items and click Renew Selected.
5) If the loans do not renew there are several possible reasons. A supervisor or staff person can look for these possibilities:
· The account may have expired.
· The patron may have too many books on their account,
· or too many overdue recalls,
· or too many overdue books,
· or have too many fines.
In addition, it is possible that the patron’s user role has expired. You can check this by going to General Information. At the bottom of the page are the user roles. A supervisor can click on Patron, and check the Expiry Date. If the Expiry Date has passed, simply delete the date.
