1) Click on the Fulfillment Tab.
2) Under Fulfillment and Checkout/Checkin select Manage Patron Services.
3) Scan Patron ID or Search for Patron and click Go.
Type in last name, first name
Scan ID
Type in account/barcode number
4) Click on the Requests tab to find a hold.
5) To find the call number of an item on hold, click on the number link listed under Place in Queue.
6) The call number is listed in the upper pane below the title and location. The Destination column lists the pickup location.
