Sensing spirit
On the nature of my "visual and auditory experiences":
(a work in progress-excuse my spelling)
Thinking about my experiences: Trying to pin myself down....
I have been told that it is vital that I only use these experiences to help improve ones soul. I have been told that I need to refrain from "trying" mediumistic excersises or communication that diverts from this purpose. As my guide put it, "They are not in the business of divination". Also that progress will made on their terms, as I learn and grow. That until I am strong enough spiritually and secure in my moral compass that I am not to try any mediumistic activities unless guided to do so. That I have a long way to go in my education, and growth. I need to make sure I can resolve my personal failings, learn from them, grow; Then: Take and learn the techniques and teachings and apply them to my "experiences".
Here is a brief list of the types of experiences I have:
**MENTAL**
(physical descriptions):
Type #1
Lucid dreaming and out of body experiences
Type #2
Mind's Eye Vision: flashes of mental pictures, moving and stationary, various degrees of color and resolution. The waking dream. I can initiate these or have them originate from Spirits.
** Note, this often accompanies other phenomena at the same time. ie. visual, physical, and auditory and or channeling experiences.
**VISUAL**
(physical descriptions):
Type #1
A Haze in the air that can be one or more of the following: fuzzy, t.v. static, feathered, wavy-aka-heat off a hot car/shimmer, faint blurry shadow, pixelated shape: Usually this is always in motion. Rarely stationary. Does not last for more than a few seconds in any one spot. Sometimes, it seems to be in the shape of human limbs, torso/head, or silhouettes. This is the most frequent type of visual experience. I see this without effort all the time. I believe it is a energy projection of Spirits to my visual system. It also may be a direct manipulation of my visual cortex by them.
Type #2
Dancing pin pricks of white light. Star burst in shape that have trailing tails. Very small in size, but cover the entire field of vision. As if my head is in a cloud of it. The dots do not run into each other, and seem to have a small space that separates them. Rarely seen phenomena; although once it resolved into a human shape.
Type #3
A blue, white, green, or yellow orb. It solidifies into thin air as a pin prick light that rapidly/ or suddenly grows in size to about a couple of inches in diameter. It is fuzzy on the edges. As soon as it appears it will move in a meandering way in any direction, and exhibits a trailing tail. It moves for a very short distance and then dissolves into nothingness. Rarely seen, but when it is; It is seen in combination with other experiences.
Type #4
Shadow orbs and shapes. Of varying size from small marble size to softball to big blob shapes. Always moving very fast in a way that arches across some part or all of my field of vision. Direction and movement and density varies widely. These happen all the time. I associate them with the fuzzy air movement. I have seen these in human form.
Type #5
Mists, opaque haze, plasma like shapes and outlines: Comes in all colors. Most frequently blue, white and yellow. I've had this triggered during trance states. I have seen these in human form.
Type #6
Images in reflected and or "busy" surfaces. These range from fully fleshed color people to shadow outline. Distorted and clear have been experienced. I can trigger this at will like channeling.
Type #7
Visions, images, and visual experiences while asleep, lucid dreaming, or other hypogenic state
Type #8
ITC- photos and photos of video. Orbs, faces in orbs, plasma, plasma faces, disembodied forms and faces.
Type #9
Full formed full color-solid appearing materialization. I've seen this once.
**Note: These experiences can be combined with each other including with other types of manifestations.
***AUDITORY***
(physical descriptions):
Type #1
External disembodied sound: Voices, music, knocks, bangs, animal noises. All of various clarity; It happens during hypnogenic sleep, falling asleep, or waking state, as well as when I am fully awake.
Type #2
Audible sounds that seem to be all around me, but resonate in my mind, like a bone phone. I am fully awake. This has only happened once.
Type #3
Telepathy: Mind speech. Associated with channeling Spirits. Most of the time this is full conversation mode and happens in combination with mind's eye vision. The less distracted I am the greater the clarity the communication. Sometimes during in depth communication I go into a light trance and only have a varing degree of awareness of that which is around me.
***PHYSICAL experiences***
(descriptions)
Type #1
Feeling of being touched in some fashion. This happens in a wide range of manifestations. Everything from pins and needles, goosebumps, energy field encounters, static, heat, cold, etc., to fully formed solid feeling invisible "touches". This is most frequently associated with channeling individual spirits. At times telepathic contact with high level spirits can be draining; making me dizzy and disoriented. Other times, such content can be invigorating in the extreme.
Type #2
Feelings and sensations relating to trances. ie. pins and needles, light headed, virtago, static and or electro magnetic sensations, sudden sleepyness-fighting to stay awake. These in direct combination with visual and auditory experiences alway happen together. This has happened during instructed communication and uninitiated.
Type #3
Movement of objects while in visual sight, out of visual sight and of cloth on or near my body, ie. sheets, bedding, clothes.
Type #4
Trance-automatic writing. I will soon be working to develop this. More info to follow.
