Fear of end of life reviews

Q) I am scared of after death life reviews. I have done some really stupid things in my life (that I clearly am not proud of, more disgusted with myself if anything). I already know it was based on insecurity, lack of confidence, fear of rejection, a need to be loved. So can that be overcome and maybe it has in this lifetime. Or do we still review and address again later. Gosh, I would just as soon be done with it.

A)

Many people fear death. They wonder what kind of lives they have lived. They worry that they may have done it wrong. They fear that they are not doing the right thing. Ask your self, can I look back on what I've experienced and understand how I felt about myself in each experience. Can I imagine how others felt about me, themselves and the world around them in that moment.

I feel, I felt, I think, I am not sure I understand, I can't remember, I can't see, I see, I know, I understand, I wish, I might have, I could, I miss, I know. I am not sure who I am, This is who I am, looking back shows me.

All these turns of phrase and more is what you will encounter. It is not about judgement, and there is nothing to fear. It is simply about an automatic tightening of focus to such an intensity that you are able to evaluate what you have experienced in the context of all the possible love you are capable of on a soul level. That is all.

Simply if you find you are capable of more love, you then have a choice. Let it alter how you perceive yourself. Use it to create new experiences. Or review it further in new ways.

So let go of any fear, worry, guilt or hesitation. If you approach each new experience with the thought, "Is how I view myself in this moment using all the love I am capable of?". In this there is no right or wrong, yet another choice.

You have all of eternity to explore the vastness that is your love! Live love now!

Do not fear reviewing your past!

How much you focus on it now will determine how you focus on it during a life review. The more you focus now, the more you draw it into your awareness. Then; How you view it, in each moment alters how you view yourself, but others, together. This alters one's perceptions, thus reality. I feel this is one way of changing the energy of the past. Then, if altered. This new energy is automatically carried forward. It in a way, begins to transmute the present, the future. Like the love of the Christ, Or God. Through Grace. But Grace that you allowed yourself to accept. The natural grace of creative power of self. If I feel one is able to come to a sense of comfort, completion, and acceptance of who one is within that experience, then in a "Afterlife review" is is quickly passed over and not focused on. It then becomes a passing of something you created with conscious awareness and you pass it with peace. This is the positive result of self judgement.

I too have struggled with this. I imagine that I will in the foreseeable future. But I know it will be worth it. In my heart I want to do the right thing by others. I want them to feel my love and my intentions. I am not sure if I can fix it, or even if it needs fixing. Perhaps acknowledgement is all that is needed. For myself. Right now, All I know is that in the past, my memories make my heart ache. I want to express it. I have love, but am not sure how to apply it.

You can Change your past. Your actions and focus can Transform negitive energy and emotions.

Transforming life as we know it.

All discomfort with life, all chaos, all stress, all challenge, all strife, turmoil, and pain comes from the veil of separation caused by self illusion that one is apart from a greater co-created reality. This reality is the divinely pervasive love that connects all that is.

The suffering of life binds consciousness to endless cycles of karma. Suffering is a symptom of understanding one's self as apart from this love. It is relieved only when one transforms one's understanding of self as being A Part of, this greater reality.

For within this new view comes the ability to manifest new intentions, thus creating new realities. These new personal realities, when shared in service to others, acts as a trans-formative agent. This action alters the group perception and beliefs of the groups you cohabit with.

Actions such as these alter the cycles of life for systems of consciousness in such a way as to move whole societies to new phases of spiritual evolution. And thereby creating better lives and experiences for all. This is work, the great work.

But, the key is to understand that Knowing is NOT the same thing as understanding. This only comes through experience. New ideas of life, must be tried out and life manifested in a physical way. So that experience becomes not about physicality, but that life becomes a conscious spiritual experience.

This co-joining of thought, emotion, co-creation and action harmonizes reality. It clears perspective to what really matters. It serves, it heals, it builds, and transforms. It allows us to live life to the fullest extent every moment. So that life becomes not a burden, duty, or chore, but a joy to serve, explore, and learn from. Ultimately an expression of the love we are all capable of.
