Getting rid of the unwelcome

Personally I think that one; as an incarnate human being- can not get rid of any spiritual being on their own. I am a firm believer that corporal methods and ritual only serve as tools to help focus our thoughts, will power and spiritual energy. And that "dis-incarnate" entities are people too. And that non human entities have free will.

That the only sure way to help you is to seek the intervention / intersession of whatever you consider a higher power. God, etc.; And the help of higher beings that are of a higher Spiritual level. AND, to move YOU yourself to a higher spiritual level than the entity/spirit that is bothering you. YOU MUST have the moral high ground to have any effect.

You can do this through individual or group prayer, meditation, or other tools and methods that help you and those with you to connect to a high spiritual level.
