What is the definition of leader?
A leader is one who goes first. A leader creates other leaders. A leader is one who has people that come up with great ideas work for her or him.
A leader is not afraid of someone who is brilliant, who has better ideas, who is inventive, who looks for processes that add value, who works harder than the leader.
A leader looks for those people who possess as much skill if not more than they do. Why would you want a team of dullards and non-thinkers on your team?
As an author, writer, you bring ideas to life and want to surround yourselves with people who will bring out the best in you. Who work for the common good of all.
Be diligent, Dear Readers and Dear Writers and you will lead them with your words.
