A day in the life

A Day in the Life

Woke up, talked with the wife about our dreams and analyzed them.  Opened drapes, see what is going on outside and in the park across the street.  The guy is setting up for his morning exercise class with a bunch of kids from Elementary school up to High School agers.  They all wanted to be better at sports so they are seeking enlightenment there.  Yes, and good for them.  That is a very good thing to do.

I wrote a blog and posted it since I did not have any written up ahead of time.

Fixed coffee, had breakfast, wrote two more blogs on authors I researched this morning.  Always researching and writing and have posted on two very different web sites, one an author and the other a town chamber of commerce.

Now to the lists of lists, the reinforcements for my good mental beginning of the day and put me in the right frame of mind:  Read my goal list for how I want to feel to reinforce it, made mental note of some items to add to my gratitude list, repeated my mantra on opinions (opinions good or bad do not affect me since they are fabrications of others), sometimes I review my vows, sometimes I review some good quotes, sometimes review my core values, sometimes review my relationship list.  All these things affect me setting my mood and putting me into that zone that creates positivity and a mental readiness to tackle anything.

Exercised and centered myself and now am writing my fourth blog while the wife makes protein shakes for us.

I am now drinking the protein shake and am still writing some more.

Also, today I have listened on You Tube to Leo Gura (Life Coach) and a couple of others on how to make money, how to improve myself, find my purpose and get further toward my goals.  Life is a continual process of improving me and developing into the type of person I want to be.  Balanced and grounded and full of energy and vitality.  I encourage you to seek that style of life as well.  It will help you in whatever endeavor you pursue.

I will write for a couple of three hours today.  Yesterday as I was at the keyboard a wonderful idea hit me and wrote about 5 pages on it.  Probably it will be a short story for adults down to middle teenagers.

The wife, my reviewer, collaborator and first editor of all my material has not read it yet and I want her to do that today and get her feedback.  Then it will be off to my writers group for their input and feedback.

I am in a continual output and then find feedback loop.  Processing and interfacing with the world and then bringing it back here to you and making sense of everything I encounter.  No, not just make sense but sifting and ferreting out what is worthwhile and valuable to me and then potentially to you.

Let me bring value to you with anything you’d like, even writing.
