Are you a fan of bookstores?

I was so excited when Barnes and Nobles came to our town in the Midwest years ago. It was high time, way past time, as well. Seems most things come fast to big cities and the coasts and everywhere else.

We get it and we got it!

There is just something about a bookstore. I loved one in Springfield, Illinois that dealt in old books and used books and they had so many kinds. What is not to like? You will find something if you look long enough and it was across from the Old Capital as well. Beautiful location and beautiful prices, I don’t even know if it is still there since I’ve been away with no reason to go back to that town, that was my stomping ground for a lot of years.

Okay, now for the good news Amazon has bookstores. No, not just an online version that sells everything else, but real brick and mortar stores. The bad news, they are just in New York and Chicago (I have not researched where other locations are located.)
