Tension

Tension

The gripping of your body in response to a perceived threat or situation that may cause unease or alarm can create tension.

In a book tension is great and keeps the readers going and going.  In life, tension is not healthy.  As a writer sometimes one can use life’s tension, but in the end that tension must be released or it will destroy you.

Clear the tensions out of your life like dust off the shelf in order to have control and order to the madness you call life.

Dear Writers, writing is a whole life experience not just one singular act.  It is a process that should spread into all phases of your life.  Getting the tension out of your life relieves the body to use that energy that is freed elsewhere.  Sometimes one must let go of things in order to have that release.  It is a difficult thing to do but sometimes people or organizations must be cut out of our lives in order for us to have a better quality of life, a better future.

If you were abused or used by a friend or relative they actually are not your friend and definitely not your family relative.  They are only Mr. or Ms. So and so and nothing more to you.

Surround yourself with quality people and the quality of your life will increase.

Keep all others at a distance.
