"PitPat" In A Vine-Covered Monstrosity
(early Nov 2019)
Executive Summary
Executive Summary
"PitPat" from Pontotoc was being held prisoner in a vine-covered monstrosity of a tree at about 25 feet. The vines held my rope well away from the trunk, so I climbed above PitPat and then descended within grabbing range. Despite all the noise and vine shaking, PitPat stayed in place. During bagging, PitPat went a bit berserk, and I was lackadaisical about keeping the bag closed, allowing Pitpat to escape the bag. Fortunately, he went down the tree to about 10 feet, where Lacye called him and he came down the rest of the way. Lacye and Cody, many thanks for your very generous donation to the Oktibbeha County Humane Society!
