"Jessie" -- Stuck Again

Executive Summary

"Jessie" was stuck again in Walthall MS, this time 25 feet up a pine tree for two nights including an all-day rain. He was as sweet and cooperative this time as the last time, and the rescue was easy. You know that the rescue will go well when the kitty begins kneading its paws as you climb up.
