"Elly" -- Stuck in The Woods

Executive Summary

"Elly" (short for Elly Mae Clampett) spent the night 20 feet up a skinny pine tree in Columbus MS after being chased by some unknown critter. She became spooked by my rope placement in a neighboring tree and came down to 15 feet before settling again on some small limbs. Once I climbed above her, she decided that enough was enough and came down the rest of the way on her own. Ben and Lacy (and her brother, Edgar Allen Poe) were relieved to have her back on the ground! The post rescue picture below is courtesy of Ben.
