Stray Is Stuck

Executive Summary

Carol contacted Starkville Animal Control about a stray cat that had been stuck in her tree for the last three days, and they called me. The kitty was only about 20 feet up when I arrived, but bolted to 35 feet as I began climbing. The kitty jumped down from 35 feet as I prepared to use the rescue pole, landed on all four feet in soft grass, and took off for parts unknown.
