"Maple" Was Out on a Limb

Executive Summary

'Maple' spent the night 25 feet up a large oak in Starkville MS and Allison was desperate to get her down. Maple seemed like she would be cooperative until I put a rope in the tree, which scared her down to a long limb at 20 feet. I tried every trick that I knew to coax her to me, but she was uncooperative. I finally simply chased her to the end of the limb (green circle) and knocked her off the limb with my long net pole. She jumped to the soft ground and was at the house in 30 seconds. Hopefully Maple will stay out of trees in the future!
