Cheesecake
3 eggs, beaten
2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract
3 cups sour cream
graham cracker crust (or you can just buy it...which I usually do)
Beat first 6 ingredients together. Blend in sour cream. Pour into crust. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes. Chill for 4-5 hours.
