Seasoned Tilapia Fillets

2 tilapia fillets (6 oz each)

1 tbsp butter, melted

1 tsp steak seasoning

1/2 tsp dried parsley flakes

1/4 tsp dried thyme

1/4 tsp paprika

1/8 tsp onion powder [I didn't have this, so I combined this and the next one and used 1/4 tsp onion salt.]

1/8 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

Dash garlic powder

Place fillets in a greased baking dish. Drizzle with butter. Combine other ingredients in a small bowl and then sprinkle over the fillets.

Cover and bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 5-8 more minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Makes 2 servings.
