Kale Chips
Modified from Eating Well
1 bunch of kale, hard stems removed, torn into pieces
1 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp salt
Preheat to 400. Drizzle kale with oil and salt. Evenly spread out (make sure it is even, overlapping will screw this up, this is very important!) on baking sheet.
Bake until leaves are crisp, between 8 and 12 minutes (10 was too much for me...be careful here!).
