Oven Fries
Modified from Bowl of Delicious
2 russet potatoes, sliced into fry-sized pieces
3 tbsp olive oil
salt
pepper
optional seasonings
Line two sheets with parchment paper. Preheat to 425.
Place potatoes in bowl and add oil and seasonings. Stir to coat.
Spread potatoes out so they aren't touching.
Roast in oven for 15-20 minutes.
