Alfredo Sauce

1/3 cup dry milk
1 1/2 tbsp Wondra
1 1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp cream cheese
2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
In large skillet, combine dry and liquid milk. Whisk until blended. Add Wondra, stir and cook over med-high until thickened.
In small bowl, add 2 tbsp of hot sauce to cream cheese and stir until smooth. Return this mixture to hot sauce. Add Parmesan and stir until melted. Keep hot. If mixture is too thick, add small amounts of milk.
