Carrot Fries

1 1/2 lb carrots

2 tbsp oil

1/2 tsp salt

[pepper and rosemary - they suggested this, but we didn't use it as I was keeping it plain in hopes Adam would eat it - he didn't]

Preheat oven to 425. Line shallow baking pan with foil. Cut carrots into fry sized pieces (pretty much think carrot sticks).

Mix carrots with oil and salt until evenly coated.

Place carrots on pan, spreading out into one layer. Bake for 20 minutes or until carrots are tender.

Makes 4 servings.
