Antipasto Squares

2 pkgs crescent rolls

1/4 lb ham

1/4 lb provolone

1/4 Genoa salami

1/4 lb Swiss

1/4 lb pepperoni [the big stuff you buy from the deli]

1 large jar of roasted peppers - drained

3 eggs

3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

1/3 tsp pepper

Preheat oven to 350.

Grease a 9 by 13 pan. Press 1 pkg of crescent rolls in the bottom of the pan. Layer meats and cheese in order given. Place roasted peppers on top. Beat 3 eggs with grated cheese and pepper and pour over peppers. Reserve 3 tbsp to glaze top. Place 2nd package of crescent rolls over the peppers and brush with remaining egg mixture. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10-15 minutes more until brown. Let set 10-15 minutes. Eat hot or cold.
