Sausage Noodle Casserole

8 oz wide egg noodles

1 lb sausage

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup chopped green pepper

1 bag of frozen broccoli

1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted

1/2 cup water

1/2 up French fried onions, crumbled

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 2 quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.

Cook noodles according to package. Drain well and set aside.

Crumble sausage into a large skillet, add onions and green peppers. Cook over medium heat until browned and veggies are tender. Drain off any excess fat. Mix soup and water in a separate bowl.

Combine meat, veggies and broccoli with soup, water and cooked noodles.

Put into prepared baking dish and sprinkle with crumbled fried onions. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubble (this took me a little longer since I added the frozen broccoli).

Serves 4.
