Apple Crisp

Modified from Betty Crocker

4 medium cooking apples, sliced (4 cups)

3/4 cup packed brown sugar

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup oats (I used old fashioned, this says quick are okay as well)

1/3 cup butter, softened

3/4 tsp cinnamon

3/4 tsp nutmeg

Heat oven to 375. Grease an 8 by 8 pan.

Spread apples in pan. In medium bowl, stir rest of ingredients together until well mixed. Sprinkle over apples.

Bake for 30 minutes (make sure apples are tender). Serve warm (can serve with ice cream or cream).

Makes 6 servings.
