Monster Stromboli

Modified from Rachael Ray

1 tube refrigerated pizza dough

2 tbsp flour

1/4 lb pepperoni

4 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese (I like the first, Ray likes the second)

4 slices cheddar cheese

4 slices of onion

4 slices of green pepper

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp sesame seeds

2 tsp Italian seasoning

2 tbsp grated Parmigiano or Romano cheese

1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

1 tsp garlic powder

Preheat oven to 400. Break open tube of dough and remove it from contain. Dust your hands and lightly coat the dough with flour and roll it out onto work surface. Stretch out dough, gently spreading out the rectangle of dough. Cut the thing rectangular dough into 4 equal pieces, working across the dough. Cover each piece of dough in layers as follows: 1/4 of pepperoni, 1 slice of first cheese, 1 slice of onion, 1 slice of green pepper, 1 slice of cheddar. Then roll each piece on an angle from corner to corner making a long roll that is thicker in the middle and thinner on each end. Brush rolls with oil. Mix sesame seeds, cheese and seasonings in a small cup (I actually did this first before my hands were all floury). Sprinkle this mixture onto the rolls. Bake until golden, 12-14 minutes then serve.
