Roasted Cauliflower

Head of Cauliflower, cut up

Olive Oil

Salt

Pepper

Italian Seasonings [this is where you can get creative....I choose this, but they recommend red pepper flakes or whatever else you feel like that day!]

Mix all the ingreidents together in a bowl and then spread on a baking sheet.

Roast for 30-35 minutes at 400 or until cauliflower is soft and golden brown.
