Garlic Green Beans (baked)

Modified Quick Cooking

1 1/2 lbs fresh green beans, cleaned, trimmed and snapped

2 tbsp oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

2 tsp Italian seasoning

1/8 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

In a 15 by 10 by 1 inch baking pan, toss green beans, oil, garlic and Italian seasoning until beans are well coated. Bake, uncovered, at 450 for 12-15 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender and lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Makes 6 servings.
